Simply fill out the forms before your visit, and we’ll have everything ready for you when you arrive!
The Giggles & Grin approach to dental insurance
At Giggles & Grins, we aim to make dental care accessible and affordable for every family. We are currently in-network with Cigna and United Healthcare and accept all PPO plans.
We also accept DentaQuest Medicaid for eligible families, and our team is happy to assist you with questions about your specific insurance benefits. We work with you to maximize your coverage and ensure that your child gets the care they need without any surprises.

To help make dental care more affordable, we partner with trusted financing lenders. You can choose from Cherry and CareCredit to help cover the cost of your child’s treatments with easy, flexible payment plans.
